About This Role
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms solutions including Adaptive Forms, Form Fragments, and Workflows.
- Own technical planning, requirements gathering, estimating, development, testing, deployment, and support phases.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, enforce technical governance, and ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in AEM Forms development and implementation.
- Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, HTL, Adobe APIs and XDP-based forms, PDF generation, and Document Services.
- Experience integrating with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in relevant AEM Forms development domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading full software development lifecycle phases for digital forms solutions within enterprise environments.
- Strong ability to collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-location teams (offshore/onsite).
- Skilled in technical leadership including conducting code reviews, enforcing best practices, and mentoring diverse technical teams.
