About This Role
- Lead architecture design and implementation of ITSM/ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and Cloud Discovery.
- Design and manage MID Server strategy covering deployment, security, scaling, and troubleshooting across various environments.
- Drive CMDB governance, integrations with monitoring/event sources, upgrade assessments, and performance tuning for ITOM components.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years programming experience.
- At least 3 years in technology consulting, enterprise/solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks.
- Minimum 7 years experience with ServiceNow Platform (ITSM/ITOM) and at least 2 years with ITOM specifically.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; must be open to travel.

- Experienced technical leader capable of independently driving architecture and project lifecycle activities in complex ITOM/ITSM environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate across client and global distributed teams, including offshore and practice development.
- Strong communicator with demonstrated success in managing large consulting projects and integrating diverse technology solutions.
