About This Role
- Lead architecture and development of cloud data infrastructure for real-time health operations dashboards and telematics analytics.
- Own and optimize the health operations dashboard platform including real-time data aggregation, time-series analytics, and operational alerting.
- Oversee scalable data pipelines on AWS (EMR, Kinesis), production Apache Cassandra clusters, Java/Spring Boot backend services, and ensure end-to-end data quality and observability.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years hands-on backend engineering experience with strong Java, Spring, and Spring Boot skills.
- Production experience with Apache Cassandra including data modeling, cluster operations, and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in distributed batch (Apache Spark, Scala) and streaming systems (Apache Flink or Kinesis).
- B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading design and mentoring engineers in complex, high-volume, cloud-native data platforms.
- Strong background in distributed systems design focusing on fault tolerance, retries, consistency, and operational performance.
- Comfortable with AWS data ecosystem and polyglot persistence architectures supporting real-time analytics and operational dashboards.
