About This Role
- Design, develop, and own new features for Jitterbit's iPaaS and APIM platform using C++, Java, and Lua.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of backend systems in a 24x7x365 environment.
- Manage projects end-to-end from design through deployment in a distributed, remote team setting.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience building large scale distributed applications.
- Strong experience developing multi-tenant SaaS applications and microservices/cloud-based architectures.
- Proficient in Java, with substantial experience in RDBMS like SQL Server and MySQL.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services (DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in backend engineering with deep knowledge of distributed and cloud-native architectures.
- Able to produce scalable, maintainable, and reliable code facilitating teamwork and future modifications.
- Comfortable working remotely in a distributed team and mentoring others while driving key engineering initiatives.
