About This Role
- Own end-to-end design, mapping, development, deployment, and troubleshooting of B2B and EDI transactions aligning with industry standards.
- Manage integration processes including monitoring daily workflows, resolving errors, and supporting go-live activities with internal teams, trading partners, and managed services.
- Lead solution design for future state implementations, contribute to tools/methodologies development, and provide technical documentation and testing plans.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in EDI domain including requirements gathering, mapping, development, and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT), B2B integration tools like Boomi, MuleSoft, IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
- Experience with mapping various data formats (CSV, IDOC, flat files, XML, JSON), and working knowledge of SFTP and AS2 setups.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has practical experience working directly with customers and trading partners in Retail, Logistics, or Warehouse domains as these are highly relevant.
- Operates well in technically complex environments involving ITSM tools, migration/onboarding, and continuous improvement processes.
- Demonstrates capability in managing integration test planning, technical documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and third-party partners.
