About This Role
- Design and architect end-to-end business processes and serve as a strategic advisor to translate operational challenges into scalable process frameworks.
- Lead process mining initiatives using event log data and advanced data skills (SQL, Python, or R) to identify bottlenecks and compliance deviations.
- Architect, implement, and deploy Agentic-AI solutions and automation pipelines in telecom domains, including oversight of RPA and DevOps infrastructure (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of core experience in BPM, process mining, and AI/Automation development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Communications, IT, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic-AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen) and deployment of AI agents including reasoning models and error correction.
- Technical proficiency in RPA tools, low-code/no-code engines, SQL, Python/R, BI tools, and DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins.

- Experienced "Architect-Builder" who combines strategic process architecture knowledge with hands-on AI and automation development.
- Strong telecom domain expertise (OSS/BSS) with ability to translate complex telecom challenges into AI-driven automated solutions.
- Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional adoption of automation solutions with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced environments.
