About This Role
- Design and develop new features for Jitterbit's iPaaS and API Management platform focusing on backend services.
- Own projects end-to-end from design through deployment, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance in a 24x7 production environment.
- Work with a modern tech stack including C++, Java, Lua, cloud services (AWS), and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building large scale distributed applications.
- Strong experience with Java and top-tier RDBMS such as SQL Server and MySQL.
- Experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications and microservices/cloud-based architectures.
- Experience with AWS services (DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront) and container deployment tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced engineer comfortable with designing scalable, reliable backend distributed systems and multi-tenant SaaS.
- Proficient in backend Java development with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and a detail-oriented approach.
- Capable of working effectively in a remote, distributed team environment and mentoring others.
