About This Role
- Design, develop, and implement advanced Large Language Model (LLM) based AI solutions, owning initiatives end-to-end with minimal supervision.
- Build scalable, modular, production-grade systems including APIs, orchestration layers, and frameworks while ensuring reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align AI solutions with business goals and drive measurable success metrics such as productivity gains and decision accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience as a Data Scientist with deep expertise in Generative AI, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Hands-on experience building, training, and fine-tuning large language models from scratch.
- Strong technical background in machine learning, deep learning, and familiarity with AI frameworks.
- Proficiency with SaaS-based LLMs (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), agentic generative AI frameworks, and advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

- Experienced in designing and deploying AI solutions using hybrid, agentic, and RAG architectures suited for scalable production environments.
