About This Role
- Lead strategy and execution of AI-driven capabilities across Product Experience Management (PXM) platform.
- Define requirements, validate solutions via prototypes, and serve as business proxy through development to ensure needs are met.
- Advance AI and autonomous agent use to transform and accelerate product development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–5 years of Product Management experience with enterprise SaaS products.
- Experience operating within an AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) using AI across product lifecycle stages.
- Hands-on with Generative AI and LLM tools to enhance workflows and decision-making.
- Hybrid work model: 2 days per week onsite in Bangalore office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated success defining, launching, and scaling AI-powered features and automation workflows.
- Strong understanding of AI product patterns including LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and human-in-the-loop processes.
- Experience in domains like PIM, PXM, DAM, Syndication, eCommerce, Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, or Distribution is preferred but not required.
