About This Role
- Design and build automated marketing workflows using no-code/low-code platforms to enable scalable data integration across marketing tools.
- Integrate marketing platforms and AI tools via APIs and webhooks, managing authentication, error handling, and data formatting for reliable operations.
- Develop and maintain AI-driven workflows using LLM APIs to trigger reasoning and generate consistent outputs within marketing processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology engineering, or related technical roles involving integrations and automation.
- Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Workfront Fusion, Zapier, Make, n8n) in production environments.
- Practical experience working with APIs and webhooks, including authenticated requests, error handling, and data transfer.
- Experience working with AI/generative AI platforms and calling LLM APIs within workflows for automation purposes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in creating multi-step, reusable automated workflows impacting multiple teams within marketing operations.
- Comfortable working directly with APIs and configuring/promoting AI models at a system level in production technical environments.
- Demonstrates ability to translate non-technical requirements into maintainable technical workflow specs and documentation suitable for distributed teams.
