About This Role
- Develop and maintain core AI infrastructure components including AI agent workflows and backend services deployed on AWS/cloud.
- Support and implement LLM optimization and prompt engineering techniques under guidance, including MCP-based integrations for agent tool and data access.
- Write clean, tested Python code; participate in code reviews, design discussions, sprint planning, and troubleshoot existing AI systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in relevant AI backend or platform engineering roles (5+ years preferred).
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and backend development (APIs, databases, service integration).
- Mandatory working knowledge of AWS/cloud services and familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts and implementation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in AI agent development and familiar with LLM/prompt optimization approaches such as prompt engineering, RAG, and basic fine-tuning.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining backend AI platform services with a focus on clean, maintainable code and scalable cloud deployment.
- Collaborates effectively in cross-functional teams and contributes to internal knowledge sharing and technical process documentation.
