About This Role
- Execute and coordinate Human Capital operational activities including onboarding, employee lifecycle, and document management ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update employee data and trackers, identify discrepancies, and support timely resolution of operational issues.
- Support process improvements, employee engagement initiatives, and collaborate with HR teams to enhance operational efficiency and workplace culture.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Human Capital or HR Operations.
- Master's degree or PG diploma in Human Resources (HR).
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage repetitive, process-oriented tasks accurately.
- Work Experience Required: 4–5 years in HR Operations or Human Capital roles.
