About This Role
- Prepare and manage budgeting and forecasting processes for sales, margins, category performance, and operating expenses.
- Analyze multi-channel sales performance and drivers, providing variance analysis and actionable insights to improve profitability.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and automate reporting processes to support cross-functional commercial decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or related fields; qualified CMA/CCA or CA Inter or similar.
- 2–7 years of FP&A or Business Finance experience in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or consumer-focused industries.
- Strong Excel skills with working knowledge of Power BI/Tableau preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail business drivers including pricing, margins, category dynamics, inventory management, and promotions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in retail or consumer-focused business finance with emphasis on category and margin analysis.
- Demonstrates ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and present to leadership.
- Skilled in process improvement and financial automation leveraging tools like Excel macros and BI applications.
