About This Role
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports ensuring general ledger accuracy.
- Consolidate business metrics to track MoM, QoQ, YoY performance and segment wise reporting using Excel/Pivots.
- Develop financial models, sourcing strategies, cost center analysis, and support budgeting, forecasting, audit preparation, and management reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance or sourcing with strong understanding of financial statements and balance sheets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or similar; MBA Finance preferred.
- Strong Excel skills including financial modeling; Macros experience is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work from Bellandur, Bangalore office; experience with FP&A for Indian entities is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial analysis within Financial Services, Corporate Services, IT/ITES, or Audit and Accounting firms.
- Skilled in financial modeling, data consolidation, and performance metric development with ability to handle multiple projects.
- Capable of managing cross-functional teams and engaging with senior management on financial insights and reporting.
