About This Role
- Lead full-stack cloud and AI infrastructure design and implementation for pharmaceutical workloads, including hybrid cloud, containerized applications, and AI/ML platforms.
- Drive technical architecture discussions and establish solution design standards and best practices across Digital R&D, Manufacturing, and Corporate teams aligned with pharmaceutical compliance and AI transformation.
- Build and develop the Solutions Engineering practice, including mentoring, hiring, and creating technical documentation and governance frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise infrastructure and engineering roles with technical leadership.
- Expertise in AWS and Azure cloud platforms including production Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) in regulated environments.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines, and hybrid cloud architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience. Hybrid role requires 3 days/week onsite in Hyderabad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in regulated/pharmaceutical or similarly compliant industries with knowledge of GxP and validation processes.
- Demonstrates ability to balance hands-on solution building with strategic technology leadership across large, matrixed organizations.
- Proven track record leading enterprise-wide cloud and AI infrastructure transformations involving cross-functional collaboration and governance.
