About This Role
- Build and maintain AI-ready data products and production-grade AI applications with Python for investment and enterprise workflows.
- Design and implement agent orchestration, multi-step workflows, and enterprise integration of AI capabilities across data platforms and business systems.
- Contribute to and operate a scalable, secure AI and data platform emphasizing observability, security, CI/CD, model evaluation, and production validation.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in software, data, AI, or platform engineering required.
- Strong Python and SQL production development skills with experience in AI applications and data pipelines.
- Experience with cloud AI and data platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake).
- Location requirement: Pune, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in agentic AI systems including large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation, and agent frameworks.
- Skilled in platform engineering: CI/CD, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), security protocols (OAuth, RBAC), and production AI system observability.
- Able to independently validate AI-generated code and build comprehensive evaluation, monitoring, and testing frameworks for data and AI model quality.
