About This Role
- Lead and manage multiple globally distributed cross-functional Scrum teams delivering concurrent application development projects with end-to-end accountability for milestones and business outcomes.
- Serve as senior technical authority driving architectural modernization using Angular, Java 21, Spring Boot, Cloud-Native Microservices, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift).
- Drive adoption of Generative AI and automation solutions to improve engineering workflows, while ensuring compliance with AI governance, security, and regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant work experience in applications development and management in global technology teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Hands-on proficiency with Angular, Java 21, Spring Boot 4.x, Microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Work Experience Required: 15+ years relevant experience stated explicitly.
