About This Role
- Design and develop automation frameworks from scratch using Page Object Model and data-driven design.
- Define testing strategies and execute both automation and manual test cases for UI and API.
- Report and track defects using tools like Jira; collaborate with stakeholders and demonstrate leadership in quality initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in test automation with Java, Selenium, BDD, API testing.
- Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 8+) and automation frameworks for UI (Selenium) and API (SoapUI, Postman, Rest Assured, or Karate).
- Experience working in AWS/microservices environments and Agile methodology with tools like Maven/Gradle, Git, Jenkins.
- Proficient with test management and defect tools such as Jira, Rally, and Confluence; good knowledge of Payment domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and implementing automation frameworks end-to-end in a global, Agile environment.
- Skilled in both UI and API automation with solid understanding of microservices and cloud (AWS) environments.
- Capable of leading quality improvement initiatives and effectively communicating technical information across teams and stakeholders.
