About This Role
- Lead technical design and delivery across multiple projects and squads, focusing on Pega architecture and integration.
- Own end-to-end Pega solution architecture including case management, data models, security, and enterprise integrations.
- Mentor engineers to uplift capability, enforce architecture standards, and drive performance, scalability, and security improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of hands-on experience building capabilities using Pega.
- Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification required; Pega CSSA certification mandatory.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Computer Science/Information Technology).
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years in Pega architecture and development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale enterprise Pega applications with deep expertise in Pega Case Management and integration.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with experience mentoring senior architects and conducting technical reviews.
- Proficient in Pega Cloud, Constellation platform, DevOps practices including CI/CD, and performance optimization.
