About This Role
- Lead and manage technical delivery and operational control of device migration waves, including shift-level triage and remediation of issues related to Automated Device Enrolment (ADE) and compliance.
- Validate readiness criteria, oversee tenant transition steps, and ensure smooth handover across shifts using runbooks, ticketing systems, and audit-aligned evidence capture.
- Partner with solution architects to improve runbooks and lead post-migration validation and hypercare to minimize repeat incidents and optimize migration processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in M365 tenant-to-tenant device migration with a focus on macOS.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Jamf, Kandji, macOS provisioning, ADE, PSSO, compliance policies, and configuration profiles.
- Proficient in PowerShell and macOS scripting/automation; capable of troubleshooting device enrollment and migration issues.
- Experience working in runbook-based 24x7 migration/factory operations with shift handovers and documentation.
