About This Role
- Define and enforce quality and governance standards for AI platforms and products, including agentic frameworks and prompt management.
- Design and implement automated testing strategies across APIs, databases, platform tools, and AI workflows to ensure reliability and compliance.
- Evaluate AI/ML system behaviors, including LLM-generated content and probabilistic models, through structured and measurable testing methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, test automation, or software engineering focused on testing.
- Proficiency in automated testing and scripting, preferably in Python; experience with REST API testing and SQL data validation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Location requirement: Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in testing AI/ML and LLM-based systems either professionally or via academic/self-study projects.
- Skilled in analytical test design including handling both deterministic and probabilistic systems with attention to detail.
- Capable of partnering with engineering teams early in product lifecycle to set acceptance criteria and influence quality standards for AI-driven products.
