About This Role
- Design, build, test, and support secure, scalable enterprise Pega applications within an Agile squad.
- Translate business requirements into maintainable Pega configurations and code, including integrations, reusable components, and case management workflows.
- Investigate and resolve production issues, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous squad delivery improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience with enterprise applications.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification or equivalent practical experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science/Information Technology).
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in Pega development
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full Pega application lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Familiar with enterprise integration patterns, APIs, CI/CD, Agile delivery, automated testing, and secure engineering practices.
- Able to communicate and collaborate effectively across technical and business stakeholders to resolve delivery challenges.
