About This Role
- Design, implement, and continuously improve global enterprise endpoint services across Windows, macOS, mobile, browser, and virtual workspaces.
- Own device provisioning, lifecycle management, security compliance, automation development, and reporting for endpoint environments using technologies like Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Jamf, and related tools.
- Lead architecture definition, secure endpoint policy enforcement, audit compliance, engineering documentation, technical escalation, and cross-team coordination including mentoring engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12 or more years of progressive infrastructure or EUC engineering experience including ownership of complex enterprise implementations.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager/SCCM, Windows endpoint architecture and security, plus macOS and mobile management using Jamf or Intune MDM/MAM.
- Hands-on automation skills with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs; working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, certificates, and endpoint security technologies.
