About This Role
- Support and develop ServiceNow application elements, focusing on system integration and secure coding practices.
- Plan and execute migration of legacy tools to unified systems, ensuring adherence to ITIL processes.
- Provide technical support, documentation, and mentorship to junior team members, updating stakeholders on progress and challenges.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong expertise in Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and scripted integrations.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes relevant to ServiceNow.
- Work Experience Required: 2-4 years in ServiceNow development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum development environments with hands-on knowledge of Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Glide Script, and enterprise integrations such as Azure AD, Workday, or SAP is a plus.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and/or Application Developer preferred.
