About This Role
- Lead and manage enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation projects including new implementations and global rollouts for Bosch Mobility Aftermarket.
- Oversee full project lifecycle from scoping and design through cutover and hyper-care, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and meeting quality gates.
- Manage resources, budgets, risks, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance to drive project success and alignment with strategic business goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of IT/SAP experience including 3–5 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects in leadership roles.
- Experience leading global SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Proficiency with SAP Activate methodology and tools like SAP Solution Manager, OTALM, JIRA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, global SAP S/4HANA projects with multiple stakeholders and executive-level governance.
- Strong understanding of core SAP modules (SD, MM, FICO, EWM, PP) and S/4HANA technical architecture.
- Capability to lead cross-functional teams with proven skills in risk mitigation, budget control, and stakeholder management at scale.
