About This Role
- Execute recurring administrative and operational activities supporting UKG’s global partner ecosystem including record maintenance, agreements, leads, and financial workflows.
- Manage partner data and workflows in Salesforce and other systems ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion per service levels.
- Support commercial program administration and process improvement efforts, escalating complex exceptions to onshore stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in operations, sales operations, commercial operations, finance operations, or related fields.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365 suite.
- Strong attention to detail; ability to follow defined processes and escalate incomplete or inconsistent information appropriately.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in relevant operational roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in SaaS, technology, or B2B operational environments with knowledge of Salesforce or CRM/workflow systems.
- Skilled at managing structured data and multiple operational workflows such as intake, contracting, onboarding, billing, and commissions.
- Capable of supporting distributed/global teams and documenting or improving operational processes for scalability.
