About This Role
- Drive India site strategic programs by translating global priorities into actionable operational plans and measurable outcomes.
- Lead site-level employee engagement and organizational effectiveness initiatives, including Executive Resource Groups and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage executive communications, budgets, vendor relationships, and governance mechanisms to ensure timely execution and leadership visibility on key initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA degree required.
- 8+ years of experience in site strategy, business operations, program management, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in large or matrixed organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, budget, and vendor management skills.
