About This Role
- Build and enhance core firmware infrastructure including build systems, CI/CD pipelines, regression farms, and developer tooling.
- Debug and resolve cross-domain issues spanning hardware, software, infrastructure, and team processes to deliver long-term fixes.
- Develop AI-powered workflows and scalable automation solutions to improve productivity across teams and company-wide.
Minimum Requirements
- BS or MS degree in EE/CS/CE or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years experience in software, infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE engineering.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems, test automation frameworks (e.g., pytest), and Linux shell environments.
- Experience with web services, REST APIs, and relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and debugging scalable infrastructure and automation for firmware or embedded software teams.
- Comfortable collaborating closely with hardware and software engineers to enhance processes and tools.
- Demonstrates strategic thinking about scalability and automation impact across teams and has produced technical design documents or proposals that influenced projects.
