About This Role
- Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation projects including new implementations and global rollouts.
- Manage project planning, scoping, resource allocation, budgeting, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement across all project phases using SAP Activate methodology.
- Oversee quality assurance, system testing, cutover, go-live strategy, and hyper-care support to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of IT/SAP experience with 3–5 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts in leadership roles.
- Experience leading global SAP S/4HANA implementations and familiarity with core SAP modules (SD, MM, FICO, EWM, PP).
- Proficiency with project tools such as SAP Solution Manager, OTALM, JIRA, Power BI, and knowledge of SAP BTP.

- Experienced project manager with demonstrated expertise in managing complex, global SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, executive communication, risk and issue mitigation, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Familiar with SAP Activate methodology and capable of handling quality gate management, system testing coordination, and cutover strategies.
