About This Role
- Own and enhance the Internal Control Framework (ICF) for financial risks, ensuring timely remediation of control deficiencies.
- Partner strategically with business and global stakeholders to embed 'Compliance by Design' in system/process changes and automation.
- Leverage data-driven continuous risk monitoring to identify and mitigate emerging compliance risks and drive global control standardisation.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional accounting certification.
- 6–8 years of audit experience in a decentralised SAP/ERP environment, preferably within agrochemicals or manufacturing.
- Advanced knowledge of IFRS and working knowledge of PCAOB, COSO and SOX requirements.
- Experience coordinating internal control testing, supporting external audits, and working in a large multinational organisation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial compliance with deep understanding of internal controls and best practices in manufacturing or agrochemicals sectors.
- Capable of influencing senior stakeholders via clear communication and managing complex compliance programmes globally.
- Pragmatic in balancing local operational trade-offs with adherence to global standards and able to drive standardisation initiatives across countries.
