About This Role
- Own onboarding and training of new partners for Last Mile operations within the cluster.
- Drive and achieve key operational metrics by auditing partner facilities and closing operational gaps.
- Take full ownership of assigned processes and collaborate with stakeholders to meet team goals while recommending process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of work experience in the e-commerce logistics domain.
- Experience in partner onboarding and training specifically in Last Mile and sorting operations.
- Experience in control tower and field operations is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing Last Mile logistics partner relationships with operational accountability.
- Proven capability in process ownership and driving performance metrics in a field and partner-based environment.
- Comfortable conducting field visits and audits across multiple facilities to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
