About This Role
- Lead implementation and delivery of QHSE strategy across all businesses and operations in India.
- Manage risk, incident investigations, assurance activities, and closure of audit findings to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 management systems and lead internal and external audits.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Quality, Environmental Health and Safety roles within manufacturing setups.
- Strong knowledge of Indian HSE regulations and experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience supporting sustainability initiatives, including managing Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership ability to influence and manage stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Experienced in translating HSE strategy into measurable operational outcomes using data and reporting tools.
- Strong background in manufacturing HSE leadership with expertise in regulatory compliance and continuous performance improvement.
