About This Role
- Manage accounting and administration of the global lease portfolio ensuring compliance with US GAAP (ASC 842), IFRS, and company policies.
- Lead lease accounting activities including lease setup, modification review, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/quarter-end close processes.
- Support financial reporting, SOX controls, audits, cross-functional collaboration, process improvements, and ad hoc analysis for lease operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Accounting or Finance functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Knowledge of US GAAP or local accounting standards.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Hyperion Essbase, Oracle Cloud, R12 or other ERP systems preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience specifically with lease accounting (ASC 842) and Oracle Cloud ERP is preferred.
- Able to manage detailed accounting processes with limited supervision under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaborator who can partner effectively with Real Estate, Finance, and other teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
