About This Role
- Serve as liaison between business users and technology teams to define system scope and objectives for complex projects.
- Analyze business processes, systems, and data to solve system issues and recommend technology solutions.
- Advise stakeholders, support system change processes from requirements through implementation, and assess risks with consideration of business implications.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in business analysis and data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven experience in managing multiple activities and building/developing working relationships.

- Experienced in complex system analysis and business process evaluation within technology-driven projects.
- Able to operate with limited supervision, exercise independent judgment, and act as subject matter expert to senior stakeholders.
