About This Role
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, adjust projections, and support sales directors with actionable insights across the Asia region.
- Manage and generate regular and ad hoc sales reports including pipeline analysis, monthly commercial reports, and sales forecasting.
- Oversee sales process systems (JD Edwards, Cognos, Power BI, SalesForce) and lead process improvements and special projects to enhance sales efficiency and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with multinational companies and sales operations/data analysis across Asia.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, JD Edwards, Power BI, Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Based in Mumbai with willingness to travel up to 10% regionally.

- Experienced in handling sales analytics and operations for large teams across a diverse, multi-country Asian market.
- Highly skilled in sales process systems and CRM tools, capable of leading system optimization and driving data-driven sales strategies.
- Demonstrates ownership of sales performance metrics, process improvement, and cross-functional project leadership in a multinational industrial or chemical environment.
