About This Role
- Lead and manage Oracle Fusion Order Management implementations, upgrades, and support projects end-to-end.
- Conduct business process workshops, gather requirements, design and configure Oracle Fusion Order Management and related SCM solutions.
- Drive testing, training, deployment, Go-Live, Hypercare support, and production issue resolution in Oracle Cloud SCM engagements.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in Oracle Applications, with strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Order Management and Cloud SCM.
- Proven involvement in at least 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects including support and upgrades.
- Mandatory Oracle Cloud Certification in Fusion Cloud Order Management, SCM Cloud, or relevant Oracle Fusion Cloud module.
- Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and knowledge of related Oracle SCM modules like Inventory, Pricing, GOP, Shipping; Procurement preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced consultant capable of leading multi-phase Oracle Fusion Order Management projects including client-facing workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
- Able to operate independently and manage stakeholders in a fast-paced, consulting environment with global/multi-country program exposure preferred.
- Skilled in functional design, testing coordination, training, change management, and knowledgeable about Oracle Cloud product updates and integrations.
