About This Role
- Lead backend development for Transactions product, focusing on reliability, maintainability, and performance using APL and increasingly C#/.NET.
- Drive technical design, decision-making, and architecture for scalable, secure, high-performance solutions aligned with long-term business goals.
- Mentor and guide engineering team through code reviews, technical planning, agile practices, and ensure system reliability via testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/Framework, backend development, object-oriented design, APIs, integration patterns, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad (hybrid work model with 2 days onsite per week).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex backend software development within enterprise or fintech domains focused on investment operations.
- Proactive in driving technical discussions, architectural decisions and mentoring engineers in a multi-location team environment.
- Willingness and curiosity to learn APL and take ownership of product modernization initiatives integrating C#/.NET and cloud technologies.
