About This Role
- Manage L1/L2 Azure cloud operations focusing on 99.9%+ availability, incident resolution, and routine automation.
- Execute end-to-end Azure migration activities including discovery, assessment, replication, test migration, cutover, rollback, and hypercare.
- Perform infrastructure support tasks such as provisioning Azure compute/storage, monitoring using Azure tools, identity/access management, and FinOps cost optimizations.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years IT infrastructure/operations experience with 5+ years hands-on Azure experience.
- Must have participated in at least one end-to-end Azure migration project.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification required.
- Strong ITIL framework knowledge (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational support and incident management of Azure cloud workloads with exposure to automation and scripting.
- Comfortable with migration execution involving VMware/Hyper-V/on-premises VM to Azure environments.
- Capable in managing Azure infrastructure components (VMs, storage, networking) with cost optimization and compliance focus.
