About This Role
- Own end-to-end documentation of business and functional requirements including BRD and FRD.
- Analyze business processes to create clear "As Is" and "To Be" process visualizations using standard notations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to ensure requirements align with business needs and support process improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Work location: Navi Mumbai (Airoli), Maharashtra, India.
- Experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Experience in process mapping and visualizing business processes using standard notations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in bridging business needs with technical development teams in an automation or software context.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills to identify trends, issues, and opportunities through data and process review.
- Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders and incorporating feedback to refine process documentation.
