About This Role
- Design, architect, build, and deploy AI agents and multi-agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft Foundry.
- Develop enterprise-grade automated workflows and integrations including Python/Azure services, Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
- Own end-to-end responsibilities including technical design, development, testing, monitoring, deployment (ALM, CI/CD via Azure DevOps), and production support of AI-driven solutions with security and governance implementations.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Required: 5+ years.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Management, or related field.
- Technical skills: Expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, Python, Azure, APIs, SQL, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft 365.
- Location: Base location in Bengaluru, Pune, or Mumbai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience developing agentic AI workflows incorporating reasoning, human-in-the-loop, and exception handling for enterprise use cases.
- Strong knowledge of integration and custom connector design across Power Platform and Azure environments.
- Experience managing security, data loss prevention, governance, and ALM/CI/CD practices for scalable AI and automation solutions.
