About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain resilient components of the Instant Payment System, focusing on code-level fixes, feature implementation, and system reliability improvements.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting, perform root cause analysis of production incidents, and implement long-term corrective actions to ensure security, compliance, and performance under high load.
- Lead code reviews, support deployment/release processes including CI/CD pipeline improvements, mentor junior/mid-level developers, and participate in on-call support rotations.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Java backend (Java SE and EE) with proficiency in Spring (Core, Boot, MVC), Hibernate.
- 5+ years of experience debugging and troubleshooting complex financial or payment systems.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and ability to participate in on-call rotations handling high-pressure production issues.
