About This Role
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of core platform services including Identity and Access management, authorization, Search, and API infrastructure.
- Implement and advocate for modern architectural patterns and optimize platform for scaling and performance.
- Develop internal tools and provide support and documentation to enhance developer experience and cross-functional efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience designing, building, and supporting large scale systems in production.
- Proficient in Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Pyramid, or Django.
- Experience with SQL database schema design and query optimization.
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, continuous integration, and Infrastructure as Code.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building platform services or developer tools within complex, scalable environments.
- Skilled in implementing performance optimizations and modern architectural patterns at scale.
- Familiarity or experience with AI tools and workflows to improve software development lifecycle preferred but not mandatory.
