About This Role
- Oversee operational execution for data governance, data quality, and metadata management, including prioritization and remediation aligned with business and regulatory needs.
- Manage and develop a team responsible for defining data quality requirements and delivering data integrity initiatives, including resource allocation and mentoring.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable enterprise-wide data quality controls, visualization solutions, and cross-functional data initiatives ensuring adherence to data management policies and driving actionable business insights.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Research, Analytics, or Project Management (or equivalent through training, education, military).
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
- Experience with data governance, data quality, and metadata standards; operational execution of remediation lifecycle activities.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant fields, Leadership experience: 2+ years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing teams focused on data quality, governance, and operational execution within large enterprises or financial services.
- Skilled in developing strategic data roadmaps and delivering scalable BI visualization and analytics solutions (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx).
- Able to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and optimize data product design enabling advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making.
