About This Role
- Own and develop product strategy and roadmap for Walmart Global Supplier Onboarding platform including tools for onboarding, agreement visualization, workflow management, and authentication.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing product team delivering scalable, multi-tenant supply chain products across multiple geographies and business units.
- Use data-driven decisions to navigate conflicting stakeholder priorities, build business cases, and present product strategy to senior leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of product management experience or 6 years without degree plus 2 years leading cross-functional teams.
- Advanced/master’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Location: Role based in Bangalore office with onsite requirement; travel across time zones expected.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 15+ years software product management experience with 3-4 years leading product teams and portfolios, preferably in supply chain or ecommerce domains.
- Experienced in building scalable, multi-geography platforms and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong strategic communication skills with ability to advise senior leadership and handle ambiguity effectively.
