About This Role
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead talent management including recruitment support, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, learning & development, engagement initiatives, change management, and HR compliance & analytics.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 - 12 years of work experience in HR roles.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree required.
- Experience in strategic HR partnering, talent management, employee relations, and performance management mandatory.
