About This Role
- Develop expertise and support Esker platform solutions like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Order Management, and Document Automation.
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, ERP support, and vendors to enhance and optimize Esker solutions and integrations with SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.
- Manage application support, testing, configuration, troubleshooting, and documentation activities for Esker platform day-to-day operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Systems, Finance, or related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in application support, ERP systems, business systems, or related IT roles.
- Basic understanding or exposure to ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce and integrations preferred but not mandatory.
- Work Model: Hybrid onsite at designated Regal Rexnord location in Hyderabad with flexibility to work remotely.

- Early-career IT professional aiming to build technical and functional expertise in enterprise applications, specifically Esker.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams involving Finance, Customer Service, Sales Operations, and IT to support business requirements.
