About This Role
- Lead end-to-end design and execution of ELT data pipelines into enterprise data warehouses ensuring quality, scalability, and governance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders (Director/MD/COO) in Colleague Services and Operations Risk functions, influencing data-driven decision making and operational resilience.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team delivering analytics, reporting, and operational risk frameworks to drive business transformation and resilience.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, Operations, or Data Engineering roles.
- Bachelor's degree in any field is mandatory.
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Snowflake, Python, ELT/ETL frameworks, cloud platforms, and data warehousing concepts.
- Willingness to work hybrid (3 days in office) and UK/US hours as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operating with senior stakeholders at Director and Managing Director levels across operations, risk, or service domains.
- Demonstrates strong leadership with capability to build and scale teams, and influence cross-functional partnerships in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in enterprise data platforms and driving data governance, quality, and automation initiatives aligned with strategic and operational priorities.
