About This Role
- Own and govern the Intercompany (ICO) reporting ERP template and processes, ensuring compliance with legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements while driving standardization and simplification.
- Define and deliver a roadmap for process improvement and ease of use, monitoring KPIs, process adoption, and supporting business case realization for system and process changes.
- Maintain and update training and process documentation, provide end user support, and self-initiate process/system improvement projects to drive continuous operational benefits.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- At least 10+ years of relevant experience in intercompany accounting, settlements, and reconciliations in a global environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP templates, integration, process governance, and internal controls, including experience with Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
- Professional accounting/finance qualification preferred (CA, ICWA/CMA, MBA Finance, CIMA, ACCA, ACA).

- Proficient in process improvement, ERP governance, and change management with a focus on simplifying processes while ensuring compliance.
- Skilled at collaborating with business and technical teams across matrix environments, influencing stakeholders, and working with BPO providers and global stakeholders.
