About This Role
- Own the definition, governance, and execution of the Business Continuity strategy for Project Phoenix to protect business operations throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation related to programme delivery, system changes, data migration, cutover, and organizational change.
- Oversee continuity testing, deployment readiness, and provide go/no-go recommendations based on operational risk and readiness evidence.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience leading Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Service Continuity or Deployment readiness within complex enterprise transformation programmes.
- Demonstrable experience supporting major ERP transformations, preferably SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
- Experience conducting Business Impact Assessments (BIAs), critical process analysis, and managing continuity activities across design through business stabilization phases.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leaders and presenting continuity risks to executive-level audiences.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in embedding Business Continuity into business and technical design decisions within large-scale transformation environments.
- Skilled in leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity, crises, and complex risk scenarios during major system deployments.
- Comfortable working with technology, infrastructure, cyber security, and application support teams to ensure technical resilience and compliance.
