About This Role
- Manage and enhance Product Risk processes, policies, controls, and governance across the product lifecycle ensuring consistent and scalable standards.
- Oversee the New Product Approval (NPA) framework including prioritization of initiatives and conducting independent 2LoD reviews to identify, challenge and escalate material risks and control gaps.
- Develop and maintain NPA platform and governance tools to automate processes and coordinate product governance activities across multiple stakeholders ensuring regulatory compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Asset Management, Product Governance, Product Management, Risk Management, Compliance, Operations, Regulatory Change or related governance or control function.
- Strong understanding of investment products, product lifecycle management, and regulatory requirements within a financial services environment.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years relevant experience explicitly mentioned.

- Experienced in managing complex governance processes and workflows with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical policies and system enhancements.
- Strong analytical capability with proven experience in independent risk assessment and challenge of product initiatives under regulatory frameworks.
- Skilled in stakeholder management with ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and capable of leveraging AI tools responsibly to optimize workflows and productivity.
